> This week so far... <
Hi all... I'm slowly waking up after last night's mission into London... Got a mighty John B Espresso here, the laptop, and the last episode of Star Trek Enterprise has just come on TV - boh! ;-)
So last night was great, drove up to London with Steve to play at Electrogogo (www.electrogogo.com) at Madame joJos in Soho - its actually my favourite clubnight anywhere, ace crowd that dresses up, cutting edge electroclash/electrohouse DJs and live bands totally going for it. Mark Moore was on form as usual too!
Had a legendary time playing, did 1.5 hours of my most electroey DnB, managed to drop in 'Warm Leatherette' too - i did a quick re-edit while eating my dinner half an hour before we left. Oh, hahah, and one of my contact lenses fell out 3 tracks into my set - i had to run into the kitchen to put a spare in, no mirror though, so I used the reflection in teh microwave. Glamorous right?
Been getting a lot of excercise this week, so feeling good, have been to the gym twice, and had a run too. Am still doing the same route, 4 miles around Bray and Maidenhead, still cant get quite under 30 mins though, seems to always be about 31ish... Havent seen anymore dogging in the park either, which is a dissappointment... ;-) Apparently the Thicket carpark in my town is the uk number one dogging spot, was on the front page of the newspaper yesterday - hah!
What elese? Hmm - oh yeah, went to Thaliand last weekend, hah, 10,000 miles for 2 days - that's almost a record for me i think. Was a really nice trip though, the gig was rammed, i got to try some REAL hardcore thai food, spotted several ladyboys and dodgy fat old western men with young thai girls, ruffff, oh and went to a thai boxing match too - saw 3 guys get totally knocked out and stretchered off. I'll have to edit the video and stick it up here in a bit...
Off to Russia 2moro, playing at that huge arena in St. petersberg again - my task for today is to make a new ultra dramatic intro track... so - wish me luck...

Hello friends... Got another new video up for you to check out - recorded from when I was over in Bangkok, Thaliand a couple of weeks ago (was only there for 2 days!). I played at Club Astra on the Saturday night, but got in on Friday, went out with the promoters, watched some Thai Boxing, had some hardcore hot curry, went hunting for ladyboys and fake gucci bags, and got them all drunk... > JULY REDUX FREE MP3 PODCAST MIX <
Greetings all, I've just converted my Redux Radio show (that I do for XM Satellite Radio in America every month) into a nice mp3 podcast for you to download. This is the show where I play all the electrohouse stuff I'm into at the moment, not usually any DnB - I save that for the live shows and other Studio Mixes... (New one coming next week!) Me: "Shame about the brandy snaps mate - good work on everything else though" Paul Young: "Went and used the wrong flour didn't I" Me: "Yeah I spotted that, ah well - you did great... Where you going today?" Paul Young: "Paraguay" Me: "Don't you feel that like, every time you go away, you take a piece of me with you?" OK, so I didn't say that last bit, but the devil inside wanted to. I actually saw him at the Be Here Now concert in Wembley when i was there with Robbie and Howard Jones, jolly good performance. Anyway - just a little amuzing anecdote for the day. Gigs this weekend in France and Spain went well. Made me jealous though, its still what would be considered the height on English summer over there at the moment. Oh, and I saw ORANGE TREES in Valencia. COOL! Here's a few quick photos from my Cameraphone: With Paula in Valencia on Sunday  A Huge Grafitti mural they made of my 'Speak & Spell' photo shoot at the gig in the south of France on Saturday night:  Cool one of me Burberrying it up and my friend Amy at the Phatz Bar a couple of weeks back:  Should have the edited tour video from St. Petersburg last weekend up 2moro - watch this space... Its a good one...
